BLISS KIDS/TEEN SCHEDULE

Beginning Crystal Stix w/Nathan: Mondays 4:00-5:00pm
Crystal stix are a dynamic skill toy in which a batton is spun between two hand sticks. This toy provides a low impact work out that increases your ambidexterity, hand/eye coordination, and ability to think creatively. It's great for relieving stress, building self-confidence, and increasing joy. This class is open to all levels/ages boys and girls. Some extra stix will be provided for the class or you can purchase your own at the studio.

Zumba! kids w/Thea:

Saturdays 3:30-4:30pm

What is this Zumba craze about anyway? Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system. A fun, high energy work out.

A class to bring young girls into the joy of dance and being in a group. Ages 5-12 may participate. Class will have recitals!
